How do I confirm my order?

How do I track my Order?

Can I make changes to an existing order?

What’s the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 2-3 Working days across Pakistan. Please expect an additional delay due to any extreme weather conditions.

How do I pay?

We at Auralin.pk accept multiple payment options during checkout, such as Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer.

How do I exchange?

If you don’t like the product, receive the wrong or damaged product, please call us on+923362274939 or via auralinglow@gmail.com for an update, and we will be happy to help you.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange it within 3 days by sending it back to our head office and selecting a new product. Similarly, Auralin.pk may facilitate a reverse pickup depending on your city.

If you’d like a refund, please ship the products back to our head office and we will refund a 100% of your payment once the products at received at our doorstep within 15 working days.
